God is

From holiness to redemption

God’s holiness calls for reverence, while His redeeming nature restores what is surrendered to Him.

The character of God

God reveals Himself as holy and as a redeemer. His holiness calls us to recognize the distinction between what is sacred and what is common, while His redeeming work restores what we surrender to Him.

    • God’s holiness calls us to approach Him with reverence and recognize His distinctness.
  2. God is a redeemer.
    • Only God can truly redeem.
    • He redeems everything we are willing to surrender to Him.

Key terms
